Spread

Spread

What is spread? Spread refers to the difference between the Bid price and the Ask price. Buy orders are executed at the Ask price, while Sell orders are executed at the Bid price, regardless of trade volume. Since the spread is determined by market conditions, placing smaller orders does not result in a tighter spread.

There is no added spread on stocks. There is an added spread of 1 pip on Forex, Indices and Commodities.
Note: There is natural spread on all instruments which is the difference between the bid and the ask price as per the real market, the market quotes on our platform are real-time, and are provided by CBOE.

Leverage

Leverage

Leverage

Leverage allows you to control a larger position with a smaller amount of margin. With 1:10 leverage, you can open a position worth 10 times your account balance by only putting up 10% of that amount as margin. We provide extra leverage of 1:10 on all of our accounts, allowing users to open larger positions with less margin required for Forex, Indices, and Commodities.

Example:

For an account balance of $180,000, users can open a position up to $1,800,000 in eligible asset classes. However, with 1:10 leverage, the margin required to open this position is only 10% of the total position size. In this case, the required margin would be $180,000.

How Leverage Works with Overnight Margin:

At the end of the trading week (Friday), the total margin usage across all positions, including those opened with leverage, must not exceed 20% of your account balance.

For example, if your account balance is $180,000, the system will allow you to use up to $36,000 (20% of $180,000) in margin for overnight positions.

If your leveraged positions cause the total margin usage to exceed this 20% limit, the system will automatically reduce positions to ensure compliance with the overnight margin rule.
